Question: What time can I pick up the R.V?
Answer: Ride the West knows you want to get going so if you have booked an early vacation you can pick up the R.V the night before if the vehicle is ready/available. If not, pick-up times are between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. An appointment is necessary to minimize your wait-time.

How do I get all my stuff to the RV to take with me (especially
if I’m from out-of-the-country)?
Answer: You can have any/all of your items sent FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. We will sign for them and load them into your R.V. (The more you ship, the less you will have to carry on the plane or pack in the car). After your vacation, we will place items back in their boxes and have them returned to your home(via shipper of your choice, with your own return label).
